Who We Are
Founder and principal consultant Pete Dusché brings 25 years of leadership experience in law enforcement and holds dual graduate degrees—an MPA from Villanova University and a master’s in I/O psychology from Harvard University.
Before founding Hesion, Pete commanded a Crisis Negotiator Team in a major city, responding to and overseeing all negotiator calls. This hands-on experience informs our approach to leadership consulting. We understand that leadership is not a one-size-fits-all model; it’s about navigating complexities, forming genuine connections and thriving in high-pressure situations.

Andrew has spent more than twenty years building the data foundations that help organizations think smarter and move faster. Today, he leads AI and data engineering initiatives for a major technology company in Silicon Valley and brings that same spirit of innovation to his work with Hesion.
A technologist at heart, Andrew combines deep technical skill with a passion for people. He’s known for mentoring teams, shaping data cultures, and helping leaders make decisions grounded in clarity and evidence. Whether designing systems or developing talent, Andrew’s work reflects his belief that great data—and great leadership—both start with curiosity and trust.
