Founder and principal consultant Pete Dusché brings over two decades of leadership experience in law enforcement and holds dual graduate degrees—an MPA from Villanova University and a master’s in I/O psychology from Harvard University.

Before founding Hesion, Pete commanded a Crisis Negotiator Team in a major city, responding to and overseeing all negotiator calls. This hands-on experience informs our approach to leadership consulting.
